This plan outlines the Sierra Nevada Network’s (SIEN) communication goals and objectives and identifies target audiences. We review communication approaches and strategies of other networks and SIEN parks, and summarize the communication approaches we will use to share information. We also discuss the administration and implementation of the communication program, roles and responsibilities of SIEN staff, and timelines for products. Finally, we identify some procedures for evaluating the effectiveness of communication efforts and discuss future communication opportunities.
