Aquatic Invasive Plant Survey : Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore

Chapin C and Stumpf JA. 2009. Aquatic Invasive Plant Survey : Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore

The purpose of this survey was to provide an updated inventory of aquatic vegetation at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore with special emphasis on aquatic invasive vegetation. The last survey for these lakes was completed by Hazlett in 1988 for 18 lakes and by Albert in 1992 for streams and five lakes: North and South Bass, School, Tucker and Otter Lakes. Descriptions of the lakes and their water chemistry occur elsewhere and were neither presented nor measured here.
