Pan Energy Plan of Operation

This Plan of Operations was prepared jointly by PanEnergy Field Services, Inc. (PanEnergy) and BelaireEnvironmental, Inc. (BEl). This plan provides infonnation for the Murdock Pass Pipeline system that consistsof approximately 24 miles of lO-inch (Murdock Pass lateral), 2.5 miles of 6-inch (Penescal Lateral) and onemile of 2-inch pipeline (Sprint Lateral) located within the Padre Island National Seashore boundaries.PanEnergy supplied infomlation for sections I, II, IV, V, VI, and VIII. BEl prepared Sections. III and \ perfonned a cultural resource survey.
