BNP Petroleum Corporation (BNP) proposes to drill the Dunn-Peach #7 natural gas well from an existing wellpad located within Padre Island National Seashore. Six wells have been drilled on the existing wellpad over the past three years. The proposed drilling and production of the Dunn-Peach #7 well would occur in the same manner as described in BNP's plan of operations and supplemental for the Dunn-Peach #1 through #6 wells.
