Located in Barnstable County, MA at the northern portion of Cape Cod known as the Outer Cape, the Truro Highlands Historic District occupies an open area fronting the Atlantic Ocean. The 85.9-acre historic district is part of North Truro, which is a community of approximately 2,180 year-round residents. The district is located within Cape Cod National Seashore and includes the following features: Highland Light Station, Highland House, Highland Golf Links, Beacon Cottage, Rock Cottage, Haven Cottage, Adams Cottage, and several other features.
