This survey was made cooperatively by the Natural Resources Conservation Service; the United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service; and the Regents of the University of California. Unless otherwise indicated, statements in this publication refer to conditions in the survey area in 2008. This soil survey was developed in conjunction with the National Park Service Inventory and Monitoring Program and is intended to serve as the official source document for soils occurring within Lassen Volcanic National Park.
