This memorandum includes a cover letter from Superintendent George Dorr addressed to the Senior Assistant Director of the National Park Service, A.E. Demaray, explaining the blister rust control work done in ACAD during the year 1930 and discussing funding. The second and third pages discuss financing, and include a list of infected forested parcels, plus their ownership.
