Bandelier National Monument identified a need for a historic evaluation and draft determination of eligibility for the Mission-66-era development on Frijoles Mesa as a cultural landscape historic district in advance of pending rehabilitation projects. The Mission 66 development contains four residences, a campground with three loops, three comfort stations, an amphitheater, a dumping station, and the associated access roads. This is an evaluation of the Mission 66 development.
