Yesterday I spoke with Mr. Paul Eubankof the PINSregarding the referenced topic. Paul said that the Plan of Operations report for the 12" and 4" pipelines that we will submit next weekwill also serve as the Plan of Operations for abandonmentof the 4" pipeline. Paul had previously requested two Plans of Operations, one for the operation of the 12" and 4" pipelines and one for abandonmentof the 4" line. The additional documentwill not be required.
