I received your letter of August 24, 1994, regarding the timing of completion of a seagrass and depth of cover survey. Please be advised that the surveyor, Pyburn and Odum, is still preparing survey results. Belaire Consulting, Inc. (BCI) will complete its seagrass survey after receipt of the Pyburn and Odum survey results. Based on my understanding of the situation, we should be able to submit necessary information to you by September 30, 1994. Texas Eastern if definitely interested in pursuing this permit to abandon the 4" pipeline. Please provide additional time for submittal of the seagrass and depth of cover survey.
