This Water Resource Foundation Report is designed to support development of the Foundation Document for Ozark National Scenic Riverways and extend as a reference for its general management plan. The primary objectives of this for OZAR are to: 1) provide background for water resources; and 2) identify and describe the fundamental water resources at OZAR, along with the identification of stakeholders and laws and policies that apply to those fundamental water resources.
