The State of Montana has performed this natural resource damage assessment for facilities located at the Clark Fork River Basin National Priorities List sites, including the Silver Bow Creek/Butte Area site, the Anaconda Smelter site, the Montana Pole site, and the Milltown Reservoir/Clark Fork River site due to multiple and continuous releases of hazardous and/or deleterious substances' from these facilities.
