This Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) documents the decision of the National Park Service(NPS) to adopt the Northern Rocky Mountains Invasive Plant Management Plan and the determination that no impairment of nor significant impacts on the human environment are associated with that decision. The plan is consistent with and implements GMP direction for nonnative invasive plants in the 10 parks.
