Florida's Wildlife Legacy Initiative (Initiative) is a program designed to create a strategic vision for conserving all of Florida's wildlife including fish and invertebrates. The three main components of the Initiative are: 1) to develop Florida's Comprehensive Wildlife conservation Strategy (Strategy); 2) to create partnerships for wildlife conservation across the state of Florida; and 3) to support partnership building and use of the Strategy by making funding available through Florida's State Wildlife Grants Program (Program). These guidelines are designed to direct Florida's State Wildlife Grants Program. 18 pages.
