Phytoplankton Variation in Bear Cut as Related to Tidal Movement
Adamson J. 1965. Phytoplankton Variation in Bear Cut as Related to Tidal Movement
Many studies of the diurnal vertical variation of phytoplankton populations have been made. However, due to a great degree of turbulence, such variation would not be of much importance in a relatively shallow tidal channel. This study was designed to investigate changes in the phytoplankton population in such a channel.
