The parties to this cooperative agreement for a project in Everglades National Park, the National Park Service (NPS) and the University of South Florida (UNIVERSTIY). The principle objective of this agreement is to perform research for Genetic Analysis of Cape Sable Seaside Sparrow, within the boundary of Everglades National Park. Provide local knowledge and guidance relating to acceptability of site locations, data collection methods (i.e. destructive sampling, transport, export and storage of specimens). Provide information requested by the University in order to obtain annual collecting and use permits to project's personnel. For information, the University should c6ntact the technical representative assigned to this project.
