Overview of issues concerning restoring anadromous fish runs to the upper Elwha River and the relicensing of the dams. The majority of the Elwha River watershed lies within Olympic National Park, WA and both the Elwha and Glines Canyon Dams have blocked fish passage to all but 4 miles of river.
