The following document is a Quality Management Plan (QMP) for the environmental data operations of the Gaseous Pollutant Monitoring Program (GPMP) of the National Park Service Air Resources Division (NPS ARD). This QMP outlines the roles of organizations involved in the program. This QMP was generated using the EPA Quality Assurance (QA) regulations and guidance as described in EPA QA/R-2, EPA Requirements for Quality Management Plans1. All pertinent elements of the QMP regulations and guidance are addressed in this document.
