As in the past, the event was based at the park's Schoodic Education and Research Center. Lead taxonomist for the event was the indefatigueable Dr. Don Chandler from the University of New Hampshire." June 1st Field Day at SchoodicThe leadoff field day of the summer 2013 M.E.S. collecting season was held on Saturday, June 1st, in Winter Harbor, in the Schoodic Peninsula portion of Acadia National Park (ANP)."An initial listing of species found is presented.
