The NPS had increased parking capacity of the North Lot at the Jordan Pond house and made improvements in the South lot to increase safety and visitor experience, In 2011, the NPS counted cars and interviewed a select group of people. In 2012, parking management stones were placed at various locations and a new bus service provided. This report summarizes the findings of the car counts and interviews done in 2012 to gauge the visitor experience after these management implications. It was recommended that more stones may need to be placed to deter roadside parking, and information on interviews and bus service use were presented.
