We carried out fieldwork in May, June, and August 2007, at the Chiricahua National Monument (ChrNM) and Fort Bowie National Historic Site (FBNHS) in southeastern Arizona. Year 2007 was the eighth year of an on-going ten-year project to monitor and inventory bats for the National Park Service (NPS). A total of eleven evenings of netting were spent in the two monuments at five different water sources. One hundred sixty-one bats of 14 species at ChrNM and forty-three bats of five species at FBNHS were captured in 2007.
