This Final Ecological Restoration Plan and Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS)evaluates two options for reversing the problems identified above, and includes the No Actionalternative as a baseline for present management conditions. The specific goals for takingaction include: re-establishing healthy, sustainable, grass dominated plant communities withinthe piñon-juniper woodland, which will help stabilize soils and cultural resources.
