This is the third of a series of reports written in 1968 on the history of fish and fishing in streams and lakes located on the west slope of the Continental Divide in Glacier National Park in Montana. It is also the eighth and final report of a series on the same subject over the entire park which were initiated by the writer in 1960 while he was employed as a fishery management biologist by the Bureau of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife. This report provides a general description of the North Fork Fishery Management Unit, including specific descriptions of each body of water, all known recorded data on its fish, summary tables of fisherman use, and review, discussion and recommendations for future management and research.
