This EA evaluates two alternatives: To structurally stabilize the Heavens Peak Fire Lookout or to take no action. Under the action alternative, the building's roofing system, floor, window and door components, shutters, masonry and concrete would be repaired. Up to twelve helicopter flights would be used to deliver tools and materials to the work site and remove debris.
