The primary goal of this project is to collect data for use in undergraduate research projects in glaciology and glacial geology. These research projects are designed to provide undergraduates at Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) with experience in research project design and execution, field methods, numerical analysis, and scientific writing. Secondary pedagogical goals can include presentation at scholarly scientific meetings, should a student advance her or his work to a professional level.
