Polygons depicting the chronology of landform evolution within Sitka National Historic Park over the past 5,500 years. Aerial photography, cartography, published and unpublished literature, NPS topographic mapping data and 1994 field data were all analyzed and a local uplift model was developed. Please refer to published material "Physical and Cultural Landscapes of Sitka National Historical Park Sitka, Alaska" for more information. GIS data produced from AutoCAD drawing files prepared for the Mining and Planning Programs, Alaska Regional Office.
