This database contains flightlines for ca. 1948 - 1955 US. Navy aerial photography within Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve. Data obtained from nine QM quad flightline maps (Bering Glacier, Cordova, Gulkana, Icy Bay, McCarthy, Mt. St. Elias, Nabesna, Valdez, and Yakutat). The known photo flight scales vary from 1:40000 to 1:46000. Use this dataset with the 1950's Flightline MrSid mosaic for more complete coverage. This coverage is not intended to depict all aerial photography flown within NPS lands.
