Reporting of September 2014 field efforts to search for evidence of bat use in caves near Poia Lake in Glacier National Park. In September of 2014 members of the Bigfork High School Cave Club, under guidance by their advisor and Hans Bodenhamer, visited nine caves in the Poia Lake area of Glaacier National Park to search for evidence of bat use . Bat sign in the form of guano was the primary form of evidence detected. Two of the larger caves in the area, Zoo and Poia Lake, displayed evidence of bat use; no information was available on particular species. There was no evidence of bat use in the other smaller caves that were visited.
