The present paper contains a list of Isopods collected by the Harriman Alaska Expedition, and in a number of species from California received from Dr, William E. Ritter, head of the Zoological Department if the University of California. Five species are described as new. A little-known species, Idotea gracillima (Dana) is figured for the first time and described more filly than heretofore; and Asellus tomalensis Harford also is re-described and figured.
