Small Owl and Northern Goshawk Research in RMNP. Research Permit and Reporting System
The Northern Goshawk has long been a nesting species within RMNP. In 2014 a pair of birds were found nesting at a historical nest in Upper BEaver Meadows. Both Boreal Owls and Northern Saw-whet Owls were banded at Hidden Valley in 2014.
