NPScape Climate Grid Analysis Toolset

NPScape. 2015. NPScape Climate Grid Analysis Toolset. National Park Service, Natural Resource Stewardship and Science. Fort Collins, Colorado

The goal of the NPScape Climate Grid Analysis Toolset (CGAT) is to provide landscape-scale climate monitoring support to I&M networks and parks, which is one of the top ranked vital signs among all of the NPS I&M networks. This standard operating procedure (SOP) provides guidance for the Climatic Grid Analysis Toolset (CGAT), which is designed to facilitate the efficient analysis of PRISM, CRU, SNAP, Daymet, and SNODAS gridded climatic datasets. CGAT performs four statistical analyses over user defined areas of interest - average, water year average, percentile, and zonal statistics.
