A Threatened and Endangered fish translocation implementation plan outlining the standard operating procedures for moving three species of fish back and forth between two streams in order to maintain the minimum genetic connectivity between the two populations to minimize development of isolating mechanisms. The plan outlines the number of fish to be moved, frequencies and genetic monitoring frequencies and procedures.
