The purpose of this research is to determine the abundance and diversity of Lepidoptera, namely butterflies, at Crater Lake National Park and decipher how climate change has shifted Lepidoptera habitual habitat selection. Butterflies were identified and counted along transects where independent variables were measured; mountain pine beetle damage, flowering plants, fire damage, and ground cover.
