This report presents the findings of our sampling at Mammoth Cave National Park, and a collaborative effort with researchers in Acadia National Park. The purpose of our study was to investigate the role of antibody-mediate immune responses in WNS survival. To test the hypothesis that bats can develop immunity to WNS, we collected blood from free-ranging bats to be tested for anti-Pd antibody ELISA developed in our lab. Study ACAD-00307
