Redwood Creek Restoration Revegetation Monitoring Research
Coffman G. 2014. Redwood Creek Restoration Revegetation Monitoring Research
To evaluate the success of revegetation of the restored riparian ecosystem at Redwood Creek restoration project, vegetation was sampled using a modified belt-grid method in 2012-2014. Eight University of San Francisco students participated in data collection in 2014. Results showed increased height and biomass for bank landforms in restored stream reaches, significantly higher in areas with deer exclusion fencing. We presented results of study to NPS Natural Resources Department in June 2014.
