Great Smoky Mountains National Park Creel Survey Application
This survey is intended to gain an understanding of fish population dynamics and angler use patterns throughout the park. If you have fished only one particular section or segment of a single stream or stream reach then only one creel survey should be submitted. If you have fished multiple locations or on significantly different sections of a stream please submit a creel survey form for each geographically distinct location where you have fished. Geographically distinct would be considered where you have had to pack your fishing gear and drive or hike some distance to get to your next fishing
