2015. Noctuidae (Lepidoptera) of Great Smoky Mountains National Park
PI conducted surveys for owlet moths (Noctuidae) in the park. Species richness estimates put the park at almost 500 species of owlet moths (noctuidae) but the last several will likely only be collected using baiting during colder months. PI published accounts of the loopers (Plusiinae) and cutworm moths (Noctuinae) of the park, as well as revising the taxonomy of the "festive midget" complex. All records have been submitted into the ATBI database.
