Study IARs from 2012-2015. Research Permit and Reporting System
The Alaska Earthquake Center (AEC) maintains one seismic station in Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve, at Deception Hills. The station transmits data continuously to the Alaska Earthquake Center lab in Fairbanks, where it is integrated with data from our statewide seismic network and used for real-time earthquake monitoring and tsunami forecasting. This report summarizes the project activities from 2012-2015.
