Ten permanent study plots were established in representative plant communities and the current status of included perennial vegetation was documented. Permanent photo points were established, both in the immediate vicinity of study plots and in other habitats not represented by study plots. Photographs were taken from all photo points and annotated. The methods are described for use in follow-up studies.
