From introduction: "In 2010, we produced a summary report in a memorandum compiling all Isle au Haut visitor use data from 1976 - 2008(1). That summary reported the data with an overview of methods, important metadata, limited explanations to help understand the data, no data analysis, and no formal write up. Its purpose was to place in the bibliography a permanent record of important monitoring data for which there was no formal report. In 2011, we prepared an Acadia National Park Resources Report updating this memorandum and including monthly use data from 2009 and 2010(2). We did the same thing in 2013 covering 2011 and 2012. As part of our continuing effort to archive important records, this Resources Report includes and updates all the summary tables and presents all monthly data for 2013. It is our intent to prepare an updated Isle au Haut report every year or two. We repeat the methods and metadata from the earlier memorandum below so this report has context for understanding both the old and new data. The Appendices from that memorandum are also included."
