The Arizona Game and Fish Department conducted post-delisting monitoring surveys of the American peregrine falcon (Falco peregrinus anatum) at a sample of 60 sites throughout Arizona as part of a regional and national effort to assess the population status. We monitored three sites within Saguaro National Park East as part of this state-wide effort using passive and broadcast surveys to assess occupancy and reproductive status. All three sites were occupied and two nests were successful.
