This report describes the results of a study of visitors at Big Cypress National Preserve (NPres). This visitor study was conducted January 2-10, 1999 by the National Park Service (NPS) Visitor Services Project (VSP), part of the Cooperative Park Studies Unit at the University of Idaho. The Methods section discusses the procedures and limitations of the study. The Results section includes a summary of visitor comments. An Additional Analysis page is included which will help managers request additional analyses. The final section includes a copy of the Questionnaire. An appendix includes comment summaries and visitors' unedited comments.
