BugGuide.net Group Field Trip for Insect Photography and Identification visited the Smokies in August, visiting sites from Clingmans Dome to Greenbrier. Images of specimens have been posted on the www.bugguide.net website and identifications have been proposed by amateur naturalists. All images are the copyrighted property of the photographers and may be removed from the site in the future in favor of better quality images. A species list has been provided to the park.
