Johnson GE. 1986. To: Naylor AE. Re: Redwood Park Bypass, Highway 101, May Creek Culvert and Prairie Creek Control Change

A series of letters exchange between the California Department of Transportation and and the Department of Fish and Game concerning the 1010 Bypass around Prairie Creek State Park and the adverse effects of road construction on Mae Creek. The letters discuss the Department of Fish and Game's desire for the construction of a reinforced concrete arch culvert to be placed in Mae Creek that will require baffles to facilitate the passage of fish.
