Watershed Restoration Unit 06-02 was designed to remove the southern extent of the A140 road and restore 138 acres within Redwood National and State Parks. The A140 road is located on the north-west facing, primarily inner-gorge, slope along the east side of the south fork of Lost Man Creek. Methodology for road removal was consistent with recent restoration projects, employing heavy equipment for all excavations
