An Examination of Land Use Patterns Along a Portion of the North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park. Research Permit and Reporting System
This study evolved from a survey of rock art sites in Grand Canyon National Park to a broader archaeological investigation into land-use patterns on a portion of the Northwestern Rim of the Park due to a variety of unforeseen circumstances. A total of 55 Sites were recorded which has increased the archaeological data base and allowed for a comparison with sites previously recorded on the Esplanade Formation located just below the current study area.
