Presentation summary from workshop minutes: "Twenty-eight years of fish surveys provide information on the distribution of salmonid species in 23 tributaries of Redwood Creek. Data were collected using a variety of methods and include spawning and carcass surveys, electrofishing, direct observation/snorkel surveys, and sampling using hoop and seine nets. Steelhead and Cutthroat trout are well distributed throughout the watershed. Coho salmon predominantly occupy the Prairie Creek watershed. Although, data seems to indicate that Chinook salmon predominantly occupy the Prairie Creek watershed, because of their particular history, absence at the time of survey does not directly translate to absence in the watershed."
