Excerpt from introduction: "The purpose of this report is to identify the fences, gates, and cattle guards needed in the Bald Hills area to prevent cattle from entering the park. As adequate boundary fences are installed, unnecessary internal fences will be removed. In the recent past, Ford Livestock Company has grazed cattle on these lands leased from Simpson Timber Company. With the termination and non-renewal of the grazing lease (October 1981) a limited amount of grazing will occur until the boundary is adequately fenced."
