The purpose of this biological assessment (BA) is to review the proposed Redwood National and State Parks (RNSP) action, Bald Hills Conifer Cutting-Mainstem Unit, in sufficient detail to determine if the proposed action may affect any threatened or endangered species and/or their critical habitats. This assessment includes species list, recommendations, plans of action, and maps. The letter of concurrence from the USFWS concludes and informal consultation of the Bald Hills Conifer cutting in the Mainstem unit proposes no further action is necessary unless new information or changes in the plan affect habitat or the listed species.
