The purpose of this biological assessment (BA) is to review the on-going Redwood National and State Parks (RNSP) action, Port-Orford-cedar (POC) Management, in sufficient detail to determine if the action may affect any threatened or endangered species and/or their critical habitats. the NMFS letter of concurrence analyzes this management plan and concludes and informal consultation that recommends no further action ins necessary unless changes to the proposed actions might affect the listed species or habitat.
